First of all the Engineers who create the inventoins on paper and then build them. For instance they have to know what size things should be depending on how big the things they want to make are.Then there are th designers and scanning people who have to make sure the coins are PRESISE. After that you have everyone else in the Mint who in one way or another is using math! (Sorry I did not write back sooner we had to get me set up with a e-mail before the websight would let me post a comment.)

Okay so there are lots of ways that the people in the Mint use math. What are some of those ways, can you give some more examples?

Think about this one, what if we didn't have decimals or fractions to work with. Would that change the designs in any way?
